Help us investigate
Describe the operation you attempted, the approximate time and time zone, the HTTP status or error code, and the client you used. Include a reproducible example with secrets removed. Never send API keys, OAuth tokens, signed viewer links, CDP connection URLs, passwords, or sensitive page contents by email. For browser failures, first check the troubleshooting guide and whether the session has expired.
Privacy and account requests
Use the same email for requests concerning account information or deletion, and state that your message is a privacy request. We may need to verify that you own the relevant account or workspace before acting. Revoke exposed API keys or connected apps in your dashboard and close active browsers promptly; sending a support message does not itself revoke credentials or end a session.
