Tabfleet Terms of Service
The terms governing use of Tabfleet's cloud browsers, MCP server, API, dashboard, and live viewers.
Agreement and operator
Effective September 14, 2026. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Dalton Solutions, LLC., based in Burleson, Texas, United States. Dalton Solutions, LLC. operates Tabfleet. By creating an account, connecting an agent, calling the API or MCP server, opening a browser or viewer, or otherwise using Tabfleet, you agree to these terms and the Tabfleet Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Tabfleet for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
What Tabfleet provides
Tabfleet provides temporary cloud browsers that authorized agents and applications can launch, navigate, inspect, control, and display through MCP, a REST API, temporary CDP connections, and signed live viewers. Features, limits, allowances, integrations, and availability may change as the service develops.
Tabfleet is currently an alpha service. It does not include persistent browser profiles, hosted recordings, guaranteed availability, or paid self-service plans unless we expressly state otherwise. Documentation forms part of these terms where it describes current technical limits and credential handling.
Accounts, agents, and authority
You are responsible for your account, workspace, credentials, connected MCP clients, agents, applications, embedded viewers, and every action they perform through Tabfleet. Only connect clients you trust, grant the minimum permissions needed, and revoke access you no longer intend to provide.
You may use Tabfleet only to access websites, accounts, and data that you are authorized to access and automate. An agent can navigate pages, enter data, click controls, submit forms, and cause external effects. You are responsible for reviewing those capabilities and obtaining any consent required from affected users or third parties.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tabfleet to violate law, another person's rights, or a third-party service's applicable rules; gain unauthorized access; bypass access controls, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, or security warnings; distribute malware; conduct phishing, credential theft, fraud, harassment, or unlawful surveillance; send spam; exploit or disrupt systems; conceal malicious activity; or process content you do not have authority to use.
You may not probe or attack Tabfleet or its providers, share credentials publicly, resell access without written permission, misrepresent the origin of automated activity, or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable load or risk. Security research requires our prior written authorization. We may enforce technical limits and suspend activity that threatens users, third parties, providers, or the service.
Browser content and third-party services
You retain your rights in information you provide to Tabfleet. You authorize us and our providers to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice. You are responsible for deciding whether Tabfleet is appropriate for confidential, regulated, or sensitive information and for configuring your agents and viewers accordingly.
Websites visited through a Tabfleet browser and services such as Google, Cloudflare, MCP clients, and your own application are third-party services with separate terms and privacy practices. Tabfleet does not control their content, availability, policies, or actions. Your use of them must comply with their applicable agreements.
Credentials and live viewers
API keys, OAuth tokens, CDP URLs, and signed viewer URLs are credentials. Keep them secret, use them only in intended applications, and revoke them if exposed. Anyone holding a valid signed viewer URL can use the access it grants until it expires or is revoked; an embedding allowlist does not prevent direct use of a copied URL.
You are responsible for securing your systems, selecting view-only or control access deliberately, limiting viewer recipients, and keeping credentials out of client-side source code, analytics, logs, repositories, and public pages. Notify us promptly if you believe your workspace or credentials have been compromised.
Allowances, limits, and changes
Trial browser time and service capacity are limited, have no cash value, and may expire or be changed. Creating a browser may reserve available time; closing it returns only unused time confirmed by the service. You must close browsers when finished. Provider capacity, rate limits, idle timeouts, hard leases, suspensions, and maintenance may interrupt or prevent use.
If paid services are introduced, prices, billing terms, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules will be disclosed before purchase. We may add, change, or discontinue features and limits. When practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect active users.
Ownership and feedback
Tabfleet, its software, branding, documentation, and service design are owned by Dalton Solutions, LLC. or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you comply with them; they do not transfer our intellectual property.
If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, but you retain ownership of any underlying material that belongs to you. Do not submit feedback containing confidential information or credentials.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Tabfleet at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Notice. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, exhaust applicable limits, fail to pay future charges, or when needed to protect the service or comply with law.
Termination ends your right to use the service but does not eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and lawful retention described in the Privacy Notice.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabfleet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, security, availability, or that automated actions will produce an intended result. You assume the risk of using an alpha service and of actions taken by your agents, applications, and viewer users.
We do not guarantee that a browser will remain available, that a third-party website will permit automation, that authentication will succeed, or that content returned by a website or agent is accurate or safe. You should review important actions and maintain appropriate backups and alternative procedures.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dalton Solutions, LLC. and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or service interruption arising from Tabfleet, even if advised that such damages are possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to Tabfleet or these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for Tabfleet during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or ten U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and each party consents to those courts' jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Tabfleet changes. We will publish the revised terms and update the effective date. If a material change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
